Quotation and order confirmation
Orders are accepted against a written quotation issued by Punit Instrument Pvt. Ltd. The customer must approve capacity, readability, platform, construction, printer, label, power and software requirements before production or configuration begins.
Advance payment
Orders are processed against advance payment. The applicable amount and payment schedule are stated in the quotation. Ownership remains with Punit Instrument Pvt. Ltd. until invoiced amounts are received in full.
Taxes and additional charges
GST is charged at the applicable rate.

Custom products are non-returnable
Products fabricated, configured or customised for a customer are non-returnable and non-refundable after procurement, production, fabrication, software configuration or customisation begins.

- Label templates, reports and branding
- Software workflows and integrations
Delivery
Dispatch and installation dates are estimates and may depend on technical approval, component availability, production, government procedures, transport and customer readiness.
Jurisdiction
Commercial transactions and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
